REGISTRATION​

STEP 1
Complete the Eventbrite registration by clicking here. Do not forget to come back here for part 2.

STEP 2
Download and print the Pastoral Consent form by clicking here. Have your pastor email the completed consent form to director@ntxchildrensministries.com. One form works for all campers/workers from a single church if each child/worker's name is listed on the form.

STEP 3
Download and print the Camp Chaparral Registration/Medical Release forms by clicking here. Complete the forms and email them to director@ntxchildrensministries.com. IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED!

Step 4
Once you complete steps one, two and three, you will be contacted to take the child abuse prevention training and test. ALL volunteers MUST take a new child abuse training and test, and email the certificate to director@ntxchildrensministries.com. Please note we also conduct a background check for all volunteers.

We are beyond excited that you will be joining the team to make this year's Kids Camp a camp that will change the lives of our children forever. Thank you for taking time to invest in the future of our children. Camp is a lot of fun for the kids, but the spiritual impact stays with them long after the recreation ends. Your presence at camp makes a huge impact on the children. Thank you for volunteering your time to change their lives.
